How a plan is built

You tell us how you eat. The week is balanced for you.

  1. Tell us how you eat.

Vegetarian, with egg, non-vegetarian, vegan or Jain. Andhra, mixed or pan-Indian dishes. And anything you avoid, by any name: palli, groundnut or peanut.

  2. The week is balanced.

Seven days, four meals a day, checked against 44 targets: never below the average requirement, never above the safe upper limit, with cooking losses applied to every ingredient.

  3. You cook it.

Household measures beside grams, from the Dietary Guidelines for Indians 2024, a shopping list for the week, and one tap to log any meal to your diary.

Living with a health condition

A dietitian plans for you.

Diabetes, thyroid, kidney, liver or heart disease, high blood pressure, or anything a doctor treats. If that is you, or you are pregnant or breastfeeding, a self-guided plan is not the right tool. A registered dietitian builds and checks your plan instead.

Your medicines, checked.

Tell us what you take. Known drug–food clashes are flagged before your dietitian signs off.

Salt, capped lower.

With high blood pressure, kidney disease or heart failure, added salt drops to 3 g a day at most.2

No deficit in pregnancy.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding never carry a calorie deficit, whatever the goal.
